The Solution
Native itemized requests. Clients can upload evidence for specific selections at the row, column intersection instead of uploading to a folder or document. Clients instantly know which files to upload, and auditors have perfectly organized uploads that are already matched to each sample row.
Engagement board view. Clients and auditors can see where items are in the process. Items are shown as cards in columns by status. Status can be quickly updated by dragging the cards to a new column. Clients can see which items auditors are working on and when things are approved—creating transparency and cutting out endless follow-ups.
AI for auditors. AI matches uploaded documents across multi-page scans to the correct sample item. It locates citations within a document, allowing auditors to click once and jump directly to the relevant page instead of manually browsing the document. AI quickly identifies what's missing from a request or a document. AI-drafted audit procedures are available immediately after upload. Auditors can create firm-specific workpapers in less than one minute per upload.
